FIREFIGHTERS are responding to a house fire in the Stuart Flats complex on Light Street in Griffith.
Smoke is reported to be issuing from a home.
ACT Fire & Rescue is sending three fire pumpers, the Breathing Apparatus Van and a commander.

The resident has been evacuated.
Firefighters have extinguished the fire.
ACT Fire & Rescue will shortly leave the incident.
The scene has been handed to ACT Policing.
