ACT Policing say four people have been summonsed to appear before court for a combined total of 110 offences including Obtaining Property by Deception and Theft.
The offences were disclosed following an extensive investigation by ACT Policing Criminal Investigations detectives relating to the Public Trustee for the ACT.
The matter was first referred to ACT Policing for investigation in January 2014.
All four will appear before the ACT Magistrates Court on 10 November 2015.
