Late night booze heist in Bruce

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to an aggravated burglary that occurred in Bruce early this morning (Thursday 11 June) where a large amount of alcohol was stolen.

Around 2:30am, police responded to a report of five people breaking into the Bruce Convenience Store on Braybrooke Street, Bruce.

A witness saw five offenders carry a large amount of alcohol from the store, and then flee the area in a maroon Holden Commodore prior to police arrival.

Anyone who may have seen or heard any suspicious activity last night around Braybrooke Street, Bruce is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers website on www.act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
