More time for Coles and DOMA to sort out their Dickson plans

CHIEF Planning Executive, Dorte Ekelund says the Planning and Land Authority have granted a further extension of time to Coles and DOMA, at their request, to submit their reconsideration application for the Dickson supermarket proposal.

On 20 May 2015 the planning and land authority refused the application in its current form.

The current extended timeframe was until 31 October 2015, the new extension will expire on 31 January 2016.

“The extension of time is more than what was requested by the proponent but provides greater flexibility for all during the upcoming Christmas period,” Dorte said.

“A further update will be provided once the revised application is submitted to the planning and land authority.” Ms Ekelund concluded.
