ACTION says details of the upcoming changes to the weekend timetable are now available online.

Changes to the weekend timetable will commence from Saturday 17 October 2015.

“The adjustments to the weekend timetable will benefit our passengers by providing improved running times across the weekend network,” said Director, Public Transport, Ian McGlinn.

“The changes have been designed using data from the MyWay and NXTBUS systems and feedback from our passengers allowing us to provide a more efficient weekend bus network. This is a key requirement in order to further encourage public transport use.”

Ian said the current weekday timetable will remain in place while ACTION undertakes further work to integrate the required 10 minute driver break into the network.

Hard copy bus books will be available from bus stations, MyWay Recharge Agents and ACT Public Libraries from Monday 12 October.

Individual route timetables can be viewed, downloaded and printed form the ACTION website. For more information, visit www.action.act.gov.au or call 13 17 10.
