THE ACT Legislative Assembly may have passed laws against protests outside abortion clinics but they’re not yet in effect.
They will come into effect six months after their passage or if the Minister chooses to make a notification earlier.

It’s some consolation they’re at least not taking the Colorado Springs approach to the issue.
