Youth Climate Coalition targets Canberra’s banks with graffiti

CIVIC’s pavements were unusually colourful this morning after Canberra’s Youth Climate Coalition set about with chalk and stencils to draw a line between climate change, the banks’ financing practices, and the Great Barrier Reef.

Some bank staff had made more efforts than others to erase the messages.

There’s more information about the campaign on the Dump My Bank website.

The Youth Climate Coalition have gleefully facebooked their exploits.
