Shortly afterwards the same man boarded a bus and indecently assaulted another woman.

Officer-in-Charge of Woden Police Station Harry Hains said the man has been identified by police and arrested.

“Unfortunately, we believe there may be more victims who have not yet spoken with police. We urge those people to contact police, so that we can help,” Station Sergeant Hains said.

If you wish to speak to police, or have any information that may be able to assist, please call 131 444 quoting reference 5991754.

Police remind people they should not report crime information via Facebook and Twitter pages.
