An admiring neighbour has alerted “Citynews” to a spectacular Christmas light display in Gowrie – and it’s all been done by a 14-year-old schoolboy.Ben Walker has been building his collection of twinkling and still Christmas decorations for some years, paying for them out of his pocket money and haunting post-Christmas sales to get bargains.
The result, as “Citynews” found when we popped out to take a snap, is a magnificent display, recently enhanced by a central cut-out nativity scene that appears in near silhouette among the bright lights.
