BERNICE Chua, 2015 ArtSound Young Virtuoso of the Year and finalist in the National Young Virtuoso Award, will perform works by Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin, Ravel and Haydn at Cooinda Hall, Kangara Waters Community Centre, 2 Joy Cummings Place, Belconnen, 2.15pm-3pm, Sunday, April 24.

DIRECTOR and noted Chekhov author Geoffrey Borny is staging “Uncle Vanya” in his seventh directorial role with Canberra REP. The cast is headed up by Sam Hannan-Morrow as Vanya and Jim Adamik (in an unusual bit of casting as Dr Astrov). At Theatre 3, April 28 (preview) to May 14. “VANISHING Point in Art” is the newest exhibition for former Canberra artist Luke Cornish (aka E.L.K.). The stencil paintings are inspired by his travels of the past two years over three continents and 21 countries. At Nanda Hobbs Gallery, Level 1, 66 King Street, Sydney, from April 21.
