Australian native plant autumn sale at the Botanic Gardens!

GARDENERS have the opportunity to stock up before winter at the Australian native plant autumn sale being held this Saturday at the Australian National Botanic Gardens.

Presented by the Australian Native Plant Society, this sale will have a wide range of Australian plants suitable for growing in Canberra.

The society holds plant sales twice a year with around 600 different species, forms and cultivars for sale. These include plants not available at nurseries or similar retail outlets, and many plants are local in origin.

Shoppers are advised to get in early for the best selection and bring a bag, box or trolley for their purchases.

When: Saturday 19 March
Time: 8.30 am – 1.30 pm or until sold out
Where: Southern Car Park of the Australian National Botanic Gardens, Clunies Ross Street, Acton
