Man stabbed in Calwell

ACT police are searching for witnesses following the stabbing of a man in Calwell on Monday (November 14) afternoon. police

At about 4.45pm, police were alerted of an incident in the loading dock behind the Calwell Shopping Centre on Webber Crescent. When they got there police found two armed men with knives and one of these men with stab wounds.

The ACT Ambulance Service took the man with stab wounds to Canberra Hospital for medical treatment where he remains in a stable condition.

Both men involved in the incident are now assisting police with their enquiries.
