THE ACT’s Chief Planning Executive, Dorte Ekelund says a revised development proposal for the Dickson supermarket/mixed use site is available for community comment until 1 April 2016.
“On 20 May 2015 the planning and land authority refused the application in its previous form,” Dorte said.
“Subsequently the timeframe to lodge a reconsideration application was extended until 31 March 2016.
“A revised application has now been received for consideration and we invite the community to have their say on the revised proposal.
“The planning and land authority has extended the timeframe for public notification until 1 April 2016, considering the public interest in the proposal,” Ms Ekelund concluded.
