ON Wednesday, the results from the October 15 ACT election will finally be announced and ACT electoral commissioner Phil Green said it will be open to candidates, the general public and the media.
“Elected candidates and their party affiliations will be declared by electorate, listing candidates in order of election. At the conclusion of the declaration of the poll, party leaders will be invited to say a few words if they wish,” says Green.
The declaration will begin at 11am, at the Legislative Assembly, on the first floor, in the Exhibition Room.
