A “SUSPICIOUS package” outside the Civic police station led to the evacuation of the station and surrounding buildings, and the closure of a section of London Circuit and Knowles Place at about 8.15 this this morning.
Police say the package proved to be a backpack and was of no threat to public safety. A male is assisting them with enquiries.
