Old Bluebeard is back… Jeremy Tatchell does a nice line in villains.

CANBERRA-raised baritone Jeremy Tatchell does a nice line in villains. In his latest triumph as Satan for the State Opera of SA’s  production “Love, Sex and Death” he was praised by one critic for looking on “sneeringly from the sidelines as he plotted the downfall of a succession of heroines, including Butterfly, Tosca and Carmen”.

CANBERRA pianist Susanne Powell was recently invited to perform piano and celeste in Manuel de Falla’s “The Three Cornered Hat” with celebrated conductor Charles Dutoit and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra at the Sydney Opera House.
