CANBERRA’s all abilities playground, “Boundless”, will reopen this Saturday after months of construction.
The playground now has a new giant slide, a sensory garden and extended sun shading.
“We know the playground has been missed by many and are pleased to have the final stages completed and the playground reopened in time for the summer holidays,” says Boundless board member Kristen Connell.
Kristen says Boundless is a space to gather, play and learn. The playground provides children of all abilities, their families and carers with loads of fun and therapeutic play.
Now that the construction is over the “Boundless Buddies” program, a free program run by Marymead on Monday every week from 10am-11.30am, will be back at Kings Park from January 8.
