AROUND 400 people have been evacuated following a small electrical fire inside Customs House on Nangari Street in Civic.
ACT Fire & Rescue was alerted to reports of smoke just before 12.30pm and arrived arrived to find a small fire inside a printing room on level three, which they quickly extinguished.
Firefighters are now ventilating smoke from the building and conducting atmospheric monitoring before allowing people back into the building.
