Local man shot in groin and shoulder

A MAN is in hospital after he was shot in the groin and shoulder at a house in Fisher last night (October 17).

Two cars had also been set alight in the front yard and were extinguished by the ACT Fire Brigade.

Police attended the house on Kalgoorlie Street at about 10.30pm and set up a crime scene.

Police believe this is a targeted incident and Taskforce Nemesis are investigating any links to Outlaw Motor Cycle Gangs.

An information that could assist police can be reported to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333000 or via their website using reference number 6177333.
