A KNIFE-wielding, masked man robbed the Woolworths store at the Erindale Shopping Centre last night.
Police say the man entered the centre at about 9.15pm and, armed with a knife, demanded money from a staff member at the front of the Woolworths store before entering the counter area and removing a till. He then fled the area with the till in the direction of a rear cark park.
The suspect is described as being 170-175cm tall, of slim build, wearing grey track pants, a black hoodie, one red and one white glove and a white, cloth face mask.
Police are calling for anyone who may have information to call 1800 333000, or via actcrimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
