Wake up with Kristen and… Wilko

THE network voice of Channel TEN and the launch voice of Nine Network’s GO!, Neil Wilcock, will replace Rod Cuddihy on the MIX 106.3 Breakfast Show alongside Kristen Henry, from June 26.

The search for a new breakfast host began after Rod was appointed the new content director of Hit 104.7 and MIX 106.3.

31-year-old Neil or “Wilko” began his radio career at 17 working in the Australian outback at SUN FM Alice Springs. Not long after he took a job at Triple M Adelaide as the host of the nightly Freq Show.

Then following an afternoon gig at SEA FM Central Coast he was approached by STAR104.5, who asked him to anchor their Breakfast Show.

More recently Wilko was the launch voice of Nine Network’s GO! and the network voice of Channel TEN for the past five years.

He will join Kristen Henry from 5.30am for The Kristen and Wilko Show on MIX106.3.
