ALEXANDER Boynes has curated an exhibition of contemporary ACT talent called “Straight Outta Canberra”, with works by Tom Buckland, Tony Curran, Sanne Koelemij, Julian Laffan, Rosalind Lemoh, Cat Mueller, Dionisia Salas, Rebecca Selleck. “In the space of a decade,” Boynes says, “the national capital has gone from being a place where residents said ‘Don’t tell anyone I’m from Canberra’ to now saying ‘tell anyone ABOUT Canberra’.”
