WHEN the touring exhibition of winning and highly commended works from the SA Museum’s 2018 Waterhouse Natural Science Art Prize hits The Museum of Australian Democracy on Wednesday night (August 22), all eyes will be […]
The exhibition itself continues until October 28.Billed as an experience for the whole family, O’Dempsey’s “living sketchbook” features dark spaces and digital projections and music/sound elements by composer Michael Dick.
The projections will collide with traditional drawing in a series of dynamic and colourful experiences where visitors can follow a never-ending line to shadow puppets, 3D drawing constructions and live animation before getting into the drawing “rink” to, well, draw.
“The never-ending line”, NGA Play area, National Gallery of Australia, 6pm-8pm, Friday, August 3. Free for children under 15 but bookings are essential to nga.gov.au
