Man dies after car collided into a tree

A MAN has died after his car hit a tree in Murrumbateman on Sunday, April 15. 

Emergency services were called to Murrumbateman Road, about 500 metres north of Bush Lane, at about 9.50am, after reports a Nissan X-Trail struck a tree.

The man driving, a 54-year-old, died at the scene.

Officers from The Hume Police District established a crime scene, which was forensically examined by specialist police.
