<p><strong>Rowena Campbell, 61, is missing. She hasn't been seen since Monday evening at the Ainslie shops.</strong></p>
<p>Police and Rowenaâ€™s family hold concerns for her welfare.</p>
<p>Police describe her as Caucasian in appearance with a fair complexion and long light brown hair. She was last seen wearing a white blouse, black pants, and a tan straw hat. She was also carrying a black messenger bag.</p>
<p>She is known to frequent the Ainslie shops and go for walks in the area.</p>
