<p><strong>Opposition Leader Leanne Castley's motion for an inquiry into the MyWay+ procurement process has been unanimously supported in the Legislative Assembly.</strong></p>
<p>The controversial new public transport ticketing system has been widely criticised for its cost and shambolic implementation.</p>
<p>The inquiry will consider the procurement and delivery of the MyWay+ system and opportunities to improve the quality and transparency of government procurement more generally.</p>
<p>It has been referred to the new Environment, Planning, Transport and City Services committee, which is expected to report in June.</p>
