<p><strong>Police are urging a man accused of indecently assaulting a woman in a Civic nightclub last month to turn himself into the nearest police station.</strong></p>
<p>Between 2am and 3am on December 22, the man allegedly grabbed the woman inappropriately and without her consent.</p>
<p>Police describe the man as Indian in appearance, with a solid build, a beard and dark hair. He was wearing a white linen button-up shirt and gold hoop earrings.</p>
