At the time it said it was reviewing operational and commercial factors.</p> <p>Last week, it offered heavily discounted air fares from various Australian cities – but now that Canberra is not in its system, those in the ACT will need to pay an additional fare to travel to another capital city, before flying to Bali.</p> </div> <div class="yj6qo"></div> <div class="adL"></div> </body>
