<headline>Police raid in Lyons seizes gel-blaster and drugs</headline>
<body><p><strong>An 18-year-old man has been arrested after being found with an illegal gel-blaster in Lyons early on Thursday morning.</strong></p>
<p>Police searched the man's home at around 6.15am and found a gel-blaster, clip seal bags believed to contain cocaine, a small container containing a large amount of substance believed to be methylamphetamine and about $1200 in cash.</p>
<p>The man has been charged with multiple firearms offences and trafficking in a controlled drug other than cannabis.</p>
<p>Police say it is a criminal offence to possess a gel-blaster, whichÂ is a toy gunÂ similar in design toÂ airsoft guns, but theÂ projectiles they shoot are 7mm-8mm superabsorbent polymerÂ water beads.</p>
