<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?> <docID>340096</docID> <postdate>2025-03-11 11:45:33</postdate> <headline>Months of road rage come to a sudden end</headline> <body><div id="component_281964"> <p><strong>A 25-year-old Gungahlin man has been charged with driving offences and assault following months of road rage incidents across Canberra’s north.</strong></p> <p>Police allege between June 2024 and February 2025, the man caused collisions and was involved in other driving incidents where he acted aggressively and failed to exchange details with other drivers.</p> <p>In one incident, in November, the man climbed into the tray of a Toyota Hilux after allegedly ramming it twice, before using items in the tray to break the rear window and kicked the driver repeatedly.</p> <p>Police searched the man’s home on Monday where he was arrested and charged with offences including three counts of dangerous driving, two counts of dangerous interference with a vehicle and assault.</p> <p>However, police believe there are other road-rage incidents involving the white 1993 Mazda Bravo B2600 utility with NSW registration DH61VQ that have yet to be reported to police.</p> <p><em>Anyone who can assist police should call 1800 333 000, or via the <a href="https://www.crimestoppersact.com.au/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Crime Stoppers ACT website</a>.</em></p> </div> </body>
