News photographer <strong>ANDREW CAMPBELL</strong> was up at dawn (again) to capture the Canberra Balloon Spectacular from the National Museum lifting into Tuesday's glorious morning sky. The Spectacular, featuring more than 40 hot-air balloons, runs until Sunday.</span></p>
