<headline>Cops swoop on early morning speedsters</headline>
<body><p><strong>Early morning speeding drivers were targeted by police on Parkes Way, heading east towards Civic on Thursday.</strong></p>
<p>Police say five male drivers were caught between 4.45am and 5.30am, with the highest speed of 116km/h in the 90km/h zone.</p>

<p>Police say all five drivers will be issued with infringement notices incurring one to three demerit points and fines of $326 or $484.</p>
<p>Parkes Way is one of the top five locations for injury collisions in the ACT.</p>
