The popular Axis restaurant, pictured, operated by Hyatt Hotel Canberra, will close at month’s end due to refurbishment and expansion of the exhibition space at the National Museum of Australia.
A farewell wine-maker’s dinner on Friday, May 27 will feature a five-course dinner prepared by chef Jiju Rajappen, who will move to the Promenade restaurant in the Hyatt hotel.
Tickets are $110 each and bookings at 6269 8901.
