George Michael heads to Oz

George Michael heads to Australia.

POP royalty George Michael will return to Australia in March and April with his “Symphonica: The Orchestral Tour”.

This will be the first time in two years the pop singer will be back in Australia. His last visit saw him play to sold-out stadiums to a combined audience of more than 115,000 Australians.

His Australian “Symphonica” tour will follow a 64-date European tour, and will visit Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, the Swan Valley and the Hunter Valley. The show will see his music re-worked and re-arranged for a 40-piece orchestra.

The concerts not only featured carefully chosen songs from his back catalogue but some of George’s favourite songs from other artists.

Ticketing and venue details will soon be announced.
