NORTHBOUND lanes on Kings Avenue bridge will be restricted to one lane from tomorrow, to complete work on the adjacent footpath.
The lane will be closed from 7am, Friday November 25 to 7am, Monday November 28. The 150m footpath from the Russell side of Kings Avenue bridge, to the path to the National Carillon, will be replaced.
Pedestrians and cyclists will be diverted onto Kings Avenue while the concrete on the new footpath sets. Motorists are encouraged to take alternative routes where possible.
In the event of wet weather conditions the work will be postponed.
