AN OFF-DUTY NSW police officer was caught drink driving early Saturday morning in Goulburn.
The 44-year-old senior constable, attached to the Education and Training Command, was stopped just after 1am on Verner Street. His roadside breath test was positive and returned a reading of 0.180.
He was arrested and issued a field court attendance notice for driving with a high-range prescribed concentration of alcohol and his licence was suspended. He is due to appear in Goulburn Local Court on October 10.
