We cruelly sent long-suffering snapper SILAS BROWN out into the elements to brave the howling winds of Civic after dark and he discovered the wonderland that is the ice skating rink in Garema Place. With four snow machines adding to the atmosphere, people cheerfully tripped the ice fantastic.
