Two in court for burglaries

TWO men will face the ACT Magistrates Court today charged with a series of aggravated burglaries and property damages dating back to November 2010.

Police will allege the 40-year-old man and 24-year-old man committed a series of aggravated burglaries at The Weston Club between November 2010 and February of this year.

It is alleged they stole a sum of cash and damaged a large amount of property.

Police will also allege that the two men robbed pay parking machines at Westfield Belconnen on three occasions in January and February, stealing cash and damaging property.

The men were charged with three counts of aggravated burglary, two of theft and three of damage to property.
