TECHNOLOGY giant Apple has confirmed it will open its doors for the first time this Saturday at the Canberra Centre.
The store, located in the space formerly occupied by clothing retailer Espirit, will open at 10am and is expected to attract a huge number of Apple fans.
This will be the 16th Apple store to open in Australia.
An Apple spokesperson says the first few people through the doors will score a souvenir t-shirt.
The “Genius Bar” will also be open for reservations for technical support and queries, and the store will run free help sessions and workshops on topics such as video editing and music production.
Apple will also open another store in Garden City, Perth, on the same day.
