CANBERRA’S Tiffen & Co has been named Australian Brokerage of the Year at the 11th Annual Australian Mortgage Awards held at Sydney Town Hall.
The key criteria for judging centres around the overall business perspective of the 33 finalists, and included loan volumes, conversion rates, customer service and strategy around stakeholder engagement.
Despite property market downturns, Tiffen & Co’s seven staff wrote more than $367 million in home loans for the financial year ending June 30, a 20 per cent increase on the year before.
