CURIOUS shoppers had their first glimpse of Canberra’s new Apple store today, which will have its grand opening tomorrow.
The boards were off for the first time and shoppers could see inside for a preview of the new technology store.
A Canberra Centre spokesperson says the store was holding an employee training session before the launch tomorrow, which is expected to draw big numbers, with opportunities to win souvenir t-shirts, visit the “Genius Bar” for technical support and queries, and listen to free help sessions and workshops on topics such as video editing and music production.
This will be Canberra’s first Apple store and the 16th in Australia.
Apple will also open another store in Garden City, Perth, on the same day.
