POLICE have seized guns, drugs, a grenade and fireworks in an early morning raid on a Rivett home today.
Around 5am police officers searched the house, finding a hand grenade, fireworks and a number of firearms.
The hand grenade was rendered safe by the ACT Bomb Response Team, and removed from the location by the Australian Defence Force.
During a search of the property’s garage, police found a concealed room which contained a hydroponic system and six cannabis plants.
A 41-year-old man was arrested and conveyed to the ACT Watch House where he was given bail.
He will face the ACT Magistrates Court at a later date.
