A 33-year-old Evatt man has been charged for sexually assaulting a woman yesterday morning while she was sleeping.
Police will allege the man assaulted the 20-year-old woman about 5.30am, while she slept at her friend’s house in Macgregor.
The man was arrested by detectives yesterday and was taken to the ACT Watch House where he was charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent.
He faces the ACT Magistrates Court this morning.
