UC architecture on parade

THE “Terra” –“Earth” exhibition coming up at Belconnen Arts Centre will showcase the final projects of graduating students from the University of Canberra’s  Landscape Architecture department.

CHER SHEARER, “Aerial Domes”
With work ranging from the exploration of our cultural and ecological landscapes to large scale urban design projects the exhibition will serve to demonstrate the integration of community, history, art and the planet’s environment within a framework of sustainable landscape design.

The guest speaker will be landscape architect Gweneth Leigh, freelance curator of “BLOOM” at the Gallery of Australian Design in Canberra.

“Terra” exhibition at Belconnen Arts Centre 118 Emu Bank, Belconnen, December 6-9, opening at 6pm on December 6 by Chancellor John Mackay.
