POLICE have arrested a 90-year-old Turner man who allegedly punched a security guard outside a Civic bar in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Around 1.10am, the elderly man got involved in a fight with bar security staff and allegedly punched the bouncer.
When police attended the scene the man remained agitated and belligerent with security staff.
He swung several punches and kicked out at officers as he was led away by police under protective custody. He was then arrested and charged with three counts of common assault.
The man was later released on Watch House bail and will appear in court on February 26.
