Car fire at Canberra Centre

FIREFIGHTERS have responded to a small car fire on the level one car park at the Canberra Centre. 

Crews were alerted to the blaze at 11.48am, and the car fire was extinguished on arrival with no damage to neighbouring cars.

Thermal imaging equipment is now being used to assess the scene for further fire. The cause of the blaze is unknown.

No injuries were reported.
