Cyclist injured outside Federal Golf Club

A 41-year-old man was found unconscious outside the exclusive Federal Golf Club in Red Hill last night, after being involved in a collision on his bicycle.

A motorist found the man at about 6.10pm, lying on Gowrie Drive, about 200m from the entrance to the club.

He was taken to Canberra Hospital with head injuries.

The Collision Investigation and Reconstruction Team (CIRT) attended to analyse the scene.
