Jay here for multicultural festival

JLaga-aiaLEADING children’s entertainer and “Play School” presenter Jay Laga’aia will be the star attraction at the National Multicultural Festival Children’s Sanctuary.

The National Multicultural Festival will be held in Civic, February  8-10, and Jay will be at the Children’s Sanctuary on Saturday, February 9.

As well as a successful career in children’s entertainment, Jay is also an accomplished actor, perhaps best known internationally for his role as Captain Typho in the films “Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones” and “Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith”.

The Children’s Sanctuary provides a space where women and their children can celebrate their identity and cultural heritage. It will run from 10am until 3pm outside the Canberra Museum and Gallery, followed by the Children’s Parade at 4pm.
