Police concerned for teenage runaway

Update: Lori has now been found safe and well.

POLICE have concerns for the welfare of a 15-year-old Canberra girl who ran away from home on July 3.

Lori was last seen in Queanbeyan over a week ago.
The teenager goes by the name Lori and has not spoken to her family since last Friday, July 5.

Lori’s full name is Ashleigh Knobel-Wickson and her last known location is an address in Queanbeyan, where she was seen at about 10pm on Wednesday, July 3.

Police have been searching for Lori and have concerns for her welfare.

A family member began circulating her picture of her on social media shortly after she went missing last week.

Lori was in contact with her family for the first couple of days however they have not heard from her since last Friday.

Lori is described as being Caucasian in appearance, with an average build. She is about 160cm (5’3”) tall, with hazel coloured eyes and long black hair that has a bright red streak down one side.

 

Anyone who may have seen a girl matching this description or knows the whereabouts of Lori is asked to contact Police Operations on 131-444.
