Workshop for Queanbeyan Writers

POET and writer Wendy McMahon Bell is leading an all-day workshop for the QWriters tomorrow.

keyboardYou don’t have to be a member but the fee of $30 includes membership of QWriters until December.

QWriters welcomes new members at any time, with normal meetings on the fourth Saturday of the month at 1pm to 4pm.

After arrivals at 9.30am for coffee, the workshop begins at 10 and will comprise two three-hour sessions with breaks and lunch times.

The location is Letchworth Neighbourhood Centre in Miller Street, situated at K7 on the Queanbeyan street map.  The initial approach is off Newcastle st into Lanyon Drive, first right into Kealman st.  One really needs to look at the street directory as there are a couple more turns, into Hellmund, Oldfield, then Miller St.

QWriters All Day Workshop, at Letchworth House, Queanbeyan, on August 24, 9.30am to 4.30pm. Inquiries to Alison 6238 0153 or Michelle 6267 1405.
